What is Success?
Money? | Promotions? | Praise?
In this < 4 minute video, my clients and I talk about "success" and what makes the Step Into Your Genius Program so effective.
Until you get clear on what success means to YOU,

you'll keep hitting frustration, roadblocks, and stress again and again.

Most professionals strive to achieve career goals that have been defined by others, not themselves.

And they're using outdated approaches to career management that worked in yesterday's world.

Does this sound like you?
Meaningless "goals"
If you set goals for yourself (annual performance goals, New Year's resolutions, etc.), do they excite and scare you? Do you wonder how the hell you'll ever pull that off?

No? Still setting goals based on someone else's definition of what your next step is? Or what's trending on the internet?

I invite you to read on...

Feeling like a cog

Do you wake up every day knowing that your unique brilliance is being put to the best and highest use?

No? Is it more like your career has been reduced to a box on an org chart or a resume buried in a pile?

I invite you to read on...
Lost passion

Do you say YES when I ask: are you in tune with your passions, AND are you fully expressing them?

No? Feel like you've lost track of your passions, or put some of them on the back burner?

I invite you to read on...
It doesn't have to be this way.

You're not alone. Every professional I've worked with has hit the skids sooner or later. Whether it's 10 years in or 40 years in -- at some point the most accomplished experts and leaders realize they've lost track of themselves inside their own success.

It's confusing. After all, you've done everything you were told: everything that would help you advance to the next opportunity.

The good news is that there's nothing wrong with you or your success. It's time to pause and celebrate all you've done.

But if it doesn't feel good anymore, it's also time for a new set of rules.

Are you ready... to write your own rules and take charge in a new way?

Step Into Your Genius
An Erin (Pink) Mosley exclusive

Step Into Your Genius is an online group experience designed for you to use your unique experience, skills, and passions to create the ideal next phase of your career and become an even stronger leader.

With the absolute best and most effective approaches, you can break through limitations and truly step into your genius.

That said, Step Into Your Genius is not for everyone.

Genius will be perfect for you if you are:
  • A passionate professional, expert, or manager
  • A high-achiever who is always looking for new ways to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and make a difference
  • Ready to learn and use cutting-edge knowledge and approaches for different results in your career or workplace
Genius is NOT for you if you:
  • Don't want to take full responsibility for your career success
  • Are "too busy" to fully engage in the 12-week interactive online experience (estimated 1 or 2 hours each week).
  • Aren't ready to face potentially uncomfortable perspectives and old patterns that aren't serving you anymore so that you can unlock the best new opportunities for you. The program is a supportive, positive experience -- but it's based on deeper and more challenging work that most career and leadership programs miss.

Real Stories
Real Results

Because each of us is unique - with different backgrounds and desires - the "results" of Step Into Your Genius are also highly individual. There are no cookie cutter approaches or one-size-fits-all outcomes here.

So I've selected half a dozen of the program "Ambassadors" who have agreed to share their experiences and more about the transformations they've created for themselves..

Sprinkled below you'll find quotes from each of them. You can click through the "More about..." buttons for details, personal interviews, and updates.

I hope they'll inspire you as much as they inspire me!

"Stepping into your genius" is opening up to listen and talk to your whole self. Your body, your brain, your emotions. Everything.

Joining this group is one of the best decisions I've made in my career.

Here's what you get when you join:

Powerful learning, engagement, and support.

9 Live Online Calls
Each one scheduled to fit into your calendar
To quote a program alum: "Even if I didn't do the all program homework, the calls alone are worth the investment." Many clients have said the same!

These are not webinars.

We call them "Genius Spotlights." You will spend one-on-one time in conversation with me to talk through any aspect of the program and how you are integrating it into your day-to-day. You'll also benefit from listening to and supporting each member on the call. Through these conversations we will find parallels, intersections, and 'aha' moments.

All calls are enabled with audio and video so that you can choose how you would like to participate.
24/7 Access
Engage with program resources and community whenever you want
You will also become a member of the state-of-the-art online course platform that provides 24/7 access to learning materials and community discussion forums.

  • "Genius Skills" with videos and downloadable worksheets that lead you through your personal transformation step-by-step.
  • "Genius Resources" with expert information, references, and resources to complement the Genius Skills and help you integrate and practice.
  • Private group discussion forums to keep the networking, support, and momentum going between calls.

3 Integration Weeks
To practice the art of the pause
One of the key skills you will practice in the program is KNOW, APPLY, ASSESS. And so the program design itself has built in opportunities to take a week off from new concepts. This allows time to apply everything so far and assess what is happening for you.

In a world where we are constantly consuming and doing and learning - you'll be amazed at how powerful it is to take a skillful and intentional break from adding more. This is your time to notice how things are really shifting.
Ready for your next career (and life) evolution?
You'll learn and practice the 5 skills of innovation leadership (and more):

Everyone knows that great leaders have presence.  But what is it really, and how do you get it?

We begin with a few deceptively simple and life-changing practices that come from emerging research on how to "rewire" our brain and nervous system to access more of our innate intelligence and confidence. By incorporating these short exercises throughout your day, you will reduce your own reactivity and stress and become a calming influence on those around you. People will naturally rely on you to make critical decisions and will listen to your opinion because you will have that inexplicable quality that draws people to trust you.

Innovation leaders create transformation. This is a repeatable skill that can be developed with practice.  And so we take a good look at how to define and commit to transformation right where you are.

So what is that big challenge or opportunity you want to create? It's often harder to define once you try to write it down. We will home in on one shift that you want to create. It could be a question like, "How do I get a promotion?" a situation like, "I want to convince my team to try my ideas" or a dynamic such as "I want to be in charge, how do I make that happen?"

Great leaders maintain integrity by knowing what standards and values they live by. They share these standards with those around them, and they are able to take a no-nonsense approach when real-life situations challenge those standards.

Another mark of an innovation leader is creating enough time and space for great things to happen. By taking a week off once a month, we practice interrupting the hustle of constantly "doing" and acquiring new information. This time is designed for you to catch-up if needed and allow the skills and information we've already learned to gain momentum. With consistent application and observation, you will see the impacts evolve over time. You will keep integrating the information and skills and stay in touch with the group on our private discussion forum.

We'll also have regular check-ins to swiftly decide what is working and what isn't in relation to the transformation you are creating for yourself.

By definition, a leader's role is to create resilience, in other words, to navigate through set-backs and resistance. We face this constantly, whether the resistance comes from within ourselves or from others. The trick is to recognize the fear of change as a natural and inevitable human reaction, and to become a master at moving through it again and again. Seasoned leaders are never surprised by resistance, nor do they take in personally. They know that this is the moment when they shine.

Proven techniques with the science to back them up.

When you join Step Into Your Genius, you also receive these bonuses:
One "Guest Genius Power Hour" when we select one of my teaching partners to join a call to add a different perspective to our work. This is like a private "Ted Talk" and even better - the expertise is shared with our small group with plenty of time for Q&A and exclusive follow up.
Up to three additional executive-style coaching calls. These are private, one-on-one opportunities to check in on certain stages of the program. Each call is 45 minutes of just you and me - intended to complement the work in the group program.
Personal email support between calls if something timely and important comes up.
An exclusive invitation to Trust Your Genius, the continuation program that is only available to alumni of Step Into Your Genius. With this program you receive continued access to calls and resources, along with a new library of next-level actions to keep developing the momentum from your first 12 weeks.
Other special offers and invitations that I only extend to my innermost circle of clients, including those who are in the Genius program.
Are your early career strengths becoming your  crutches?
I'd recommend the program as I found the three areas of presence, working on the desired transformation, and building my own personal foundation quite useful.
